Katie is mom to two Tuscan Tigers at opposite ends of the school - a fifth grader and Kindergartner. Prior to serving as President, Katie served as VP, Book Fair chair, and class coordinator. She's a Publicity Director at St. Martin's Press, and her passions include pickleball, gardening, reading, and mahjong. Text her if you want to pickle or play mahj. :)

Liz is mom to two Tuscan Tigers (3rd grader Kate and 1st grader Adam). Before joining the PTA board, Liz was a class coordinator and a Tuscan Show skit director. She worked in communications for a social action consultancy and as an editor at the International Literacy Association for many years. You can usually find Liz on the blacktop in the morning or at the playground after school. Come say hi to chat any time!
Erin made the move from Hoboken to Maplewood with her husband, Paul, back in 2011. She has three Tuscan Tigers: Brendan (8th MMS), Rory (6th MMS), and Patrick (4th). For the past ten years, Erin has worked for an accounting firm that specializes in non profits. When she’s not cheering on one of her boys at a soccer, football, baseball or basketball game, you’ll find her on the golf course or at the beach.
Recording Secretary: Jill Domanski
I have 2 Tuscan Tigers (2nd and 5th graders) that I love to embarrass by showing up to drop off in my pajamas and volunteering for all the things. I've been class coordinator, Tuscan Show Director, lunch/recess maven, and this will be my second year as PTA secretary. By day, I’m an LCSW in private practice, specializing in kids through young adults with OCD and anxiety disorders. By night, I’m a short-order cook, snack wench, professional nagger, and bedtime drill sergeant. When I’m not catering to my tigers' every whim, you might find me playing mah-jongg with friends or doing the occasional comedy show (check out Mortified Live.... NSFW, adult ears only). I’m a suburban mom, so naturally I play pickleball and enjoy long walks with a weighted vest. Looking forward to a great year ahead!
Communications Secretary: Lela Moore
Lela is mom to Tuscan 4th-grader Ned. This is her fourth year running comms for the Tuscan PTA - if you like the weekly newsletter, yay and thank you! Lela is an elementary school librarian 25 minutes down I-78 in Warren and can still occasionally be found behind the circ desk at the Maplewood Public Library or writing for The Village Green. When she isn’t cheering on Ned in the pool or on the soccer pitch, she’s probably swimming laps herself or running with the SOMA Foxes. She is a member of the Achieve Foundation Board of Trustees and the board of the South Mountain YMCA and active in various library organizations.

Emily moved to Maplewood during Covid, and is a proud mom of three. She stays busy cheering on Aiden (6th grade), Addison (1st grade), and Andrew (3rd grade), all of whom are current or former Tuscan Tigers. She has worked in special education for more than 20 years and is currently pursuing her Master of Social Work. When she isn’t wrangling her own children or working with teens, she enjoys a good thriller or spicy novel, working out, and playing a lively game of Mah Jongg. She will never say no to a good catch-up or cup of coffee.
