Treering Yearbooks- Tuscan Elementary

Reminder: All 5th graders will receive a FREE soft-cover yearbook. If you prefer a hardcover yearbook you will need to purchase it separately. If you purchase a hard cover for your 5th grader you will have the option to keep or donate the softcover.

PHOTO SUBMISSIONS!

We need your photos to make this yearbook great! The magic of the yearbook is for our children to see themselves on the pages. Please send photos to the yearbook team following the criteria below:

• Clear faces! No blurry photos.
• Tell us who is in the photo and if it is from a Tuscan event, such as Movie Night or the Walk-a-thon
• Current school year and current students ONLY. Please do not send photos of not-yet-Tuscan siblings or friends and family who are not current students. 
• Photos taken on Tuscan grounds or at a Tuscan-supported event. Photos from non-Tuscan events will not be included, even if the photos include current Tuscan students. Examples include: Group photos at soccer practice or Girl Scouts will not be included in the book. Also a first day of school photo on your front porch will not be included.
• Group shots are great as it will help feature the most students in the book!
• FIFTH GRADE FAMILIES: Send us photos of your Tiny Tigers! In this section only, we are looking for photos of current 5th graders during prior years at Tuscan… think masking up on the blacktop and following a cohort schedule. If you have a 5th grader who is newer to Tuscan, please let us know via email and send a photo from early years at a prior school. We can make this exception.

If you have great photos that do not meet this criteria, put them on your FREE custom pages!

CUSTOM PAGES! You will have the option to create 2 FREE custom pages for your child. These 2 pages will print only in your child’s yearbook. The combination of personal memories and school memories will create your child’s own personalized yearbook. Custom pages can include vacation and camp memories, lists of favorites, sports, hobbies, clubs, and any other memories you want. The deadline is April 15, 2026.

Treering will host a virtual parent instructional session on building custom pages on Thursday March 26. More information to come on this event!

After you purchase your yearbook and make an account you can get creating! Use the QR Code below or go to Treering Yearbooks - Tuscan Elementary to create your account. When setting up an account you will be prompted to enter your email, create a password, and add your child’s information (name, grade, and teacher).

COVER CONTEST!

Calling all student artists!! In March we will launch our annual Cover Contest! This is a wonderful opportunity for your child to show their artistic creativity and create a lasting artifact of their work. 

Design a yearbook cover to the theme "SUPERHEROES" and submit entries to your teacher by Wednesday, April 8. All grades are eligible to enter and win. 

• Entries must be in color on a vertical 8.5" x 11" sheet of paper and include "TUSCAN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL 2025-26" and the theme “SUPERHEROES.” Grown-ups, please review spelling!
• Any art medium may be used! Crayons, pencils, paint, pastels, markers, etc. and also digital media. **If using digital media, the creation must be your own and not copied and pasted images.
• Include the student's first and last name, grade, and teacher on the back of the paper.
• Flyers will be sent home with your Tuscan Tiger soon with details. 

The yearbook team will select from the submissions and our Tuscan Faculty and Staff will vote for the winner. The winning cover will be announced at the Tuscan Art Show in May. One submission per student, please.
