While your class coordinators are collecting funds for teachers and paras, our PTA is collecting for all of the other wonderful adults in & around Tuscan. 

 

That includes specials teachers, related service providers, crossing guards, custodians, lunch aides, security guards, office staff and more!

Tuscan Fair is THIS WEEKEND and we are far, far away from filling our volunteer spots. The Fair CAN NOT run without volunteers. The Tuscan Fair is Saturday, May 16th from 11am - 3pm

This event CAN NOT happen without the Tuscan Community.

Parents, caregivers, grandparents, community members, 

MMS, SOMS, and CHS students are welcome to volunteer! SIGN UP HERE

Tickets need to be purchased to enjoy rides, games, food, and crafts. Bubble Zone, Sensory Zone, and Lawn Games are FREE.

Tickets will be available for purchase at the Fair or at one of our pre-sales. Pre-sale prices are the same as day of sale prices. 

 

Online pre-sales: NOW until 5pm on Friday, May 8th. 

Online pre-sale tickets will be available for pick up the day of the Fair at the ticket booth.

Calling all student artists to design the Tuscan Yearbook cover!

Design a yearbook cover to the theme "SUPERHEROES" and submit entries to your teacher by Wednesday, April 8. All grades are eligible to enter and win. 


 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Entries must be in color on a vertical 8.5" x 11" sheet of paper and include "TUSCAN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL 2025-26" and the theme “SUPERHEROES.” Grown-ups, please review spelling!

 

Any art medium may be used! Crayons, pencils, paint, pastels, markers, etc. and also digital media. **If using digital media, the creation must be your own and not copied and pasted images.

  • Include the student's first and last name, grade, and teacher on the back of the paper.
  • Flyers will be sent home with your Tuscan Tiger soon with details. 

The yearbook team will select from the submissions and our Tuscan Faculty and Staff will vote for the winner. The winning cover will be announced at the Tuscan Art Show in May. One submission per student, please.

Spring Smencil Sale

The Spring Smencils Sale (now say that three times fast) will be on Tuesday, March 17, during the school day. 

 

If you're able, send your Tiger in with $2-$10 CASH ONLY to shop our in-school Smencils Sale and support our 5th Grade Fund!


Your child can purchase Smelly Pencils, Smickers (just like smencils but they also stick to things!), and more. All items are $2 each.


The 5th Graders will be selling the items, but we need a few adults to supervise. Can you spare an hour? Please sign up here!

Tuscan Show is THIS WEEKEND!

Admission is $0 and we’re back to our old ways of no tickets, so line up early, pick up your bouquets, buy some snacks, and get ready for a weekend full of pure Tuscan joy! Come and watch even if you don’t have a child in the show.
 
We will be having 50/50 raffle ticket sales before and after the show, so bring cash to win cash. Plus, you’ll be supporting our 5th Graders as they perform in their final Tuscan Show. 🥹
