Here is our slate of candidates for the 2025-2026 PTA Executive Board! 

Please join us to vote at this month's PTA meeting, May 21, 2025 at 12:15 p.m., either in-person in the Tuscan Library or via Zoom.

DEI VP - OPEN

Currently seeking a VP for DEI:

• Be an active listener to diverse voices and share personal reflection

• Connect with community by acknowledging systems of oppression, power, and privilege

Monthly Duties: 

• Attend DEI meetings with the district and/or other elementary schools

• Report on DEI updates and address concerns and questions at Monthly PTA Meetings

Quarterly Duties:

• Ensure school events are inclusive for all

• Research heritage and appreciation months

Yearly Duties:

• Work with cultural programming chair for assemblies or arts residencies

• Attend SEED seminars to create conversation around personal, organizational and societal change toward greater equity and diversity

Optional/As Needed Duties:

• Join the President to attend and be a witness for the HIB Process 

• Optional: Create bulletin boards in the school for awareness 

• Optional: Lead cup-chats or host seminars for parents
